    b. If the cancellation request is made after work has commenced on the project but before its completion, the client will be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
    c. If the cancellation request is made after the project is completed, no refund will be issued.

    2.2. Non-Refundable Services
    Certain services may be non-refundable due to their nature or the resources invested. These may include but are not limited to:
    a) Customized or personalized services that are tailored specifically to the client’s requirements.
    b) Services that have been substantially completed or delivered to the client.

    2.3. Refund Process
    To request a refund, you must submit a refund request mail or chat to me within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation. The request should include relevant details and supporting documentation, if applicable. I will review the request and refund within a reasonable timeframe.

    2.4. Refund Method
    If a refund is approved, I will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds may take a certain amount of time to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on the payment provider and applicable banking processes.
