In order to ensure timely project delivery, it is essential for the client to cooperate and provide any necessary feedback, materials, and approvals promptly. Delays in providing required information or approvals from the client may impact the project timeline. I will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client’s lack of cooperation.
The completed project will be delivered to the client in the agreed-upon format, which may include but is not limited to website files, design assets, content files, or any other relevant deliverables. The delivery method will be communicated to the client prior to project commencement.
Client Review and Revisions
Upon delivery of the completed project, the client will have a specified period of time to review the deliverables and provide feedback or request revisions, as agreed upon in the project agreement or proposal. The number of revision rounds included in the project scope will also be outlined in the agreement.
Final Approval and Project Sign-off
Once the client is satisfied with the completed project and has provided final approval, I will consider the project successfully delivered and completed. The project sign-off signifies the acceptance of the deliverables by the client and indicates the closure of the project.
Additional Revisions or Changes
Any additional revisions or changes requested by the client beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees or a separate project agreement. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and I will communicate the impact on timeline and cost to the client.
Transfer of Ownership
Upon successful completion and full payment of the project, any intellectual property rights or ownership of the project deliverables will be transferred to the client, as outlined in the project agreement or proposal, unless otherwise specified in writing.
I will maintain the confidentiality of all project materials and client information. The client’s project details, files, and any proprietary or sensitive information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
